Maureen obtained her Paralegal certificate in 1996 while working for the formerly known firm of Agbayani and Parker (Judge Tony Agbayani, Jr. and Judge John Parker). Her background includes various civil matters, estate planning, personal injury, eminent domain, and family law. While she has over 20 years of experience, she has primarily handled family law over the last 11 years. Her family law focus has been to communicate with clients, keep all files and accounts maintained and organized, and to work side-by-side with the leading attorney for the most efficient legal services. She assists in all family law matters, including dissolutions, legal separations, spousal support, child support, child custody and visitation, guardianships, adoptions, grandparent rights, and premarital agreements. Maureen aims to provide the most efficient and beneficial legal services, as well as assist clients through challenging situations.
ASIDE FROM HER CAREER
Maureen is married to her Husband, Don, and is a proud mother of three very accomplished girls. Her oldest (19) is a second-year student at Sacramento State University, while her middle (15) is a sophomore in high school excelling in soccer as a varsity player, as well as a competitive soccer player. She also plays volleyball, and varsity track with a high GPA. Her youngest (10) is in 5th grade, who also prevails three autoimmune diseases, including Type 1 Diabetes. Maureen’s family keeps her extremely busy during her free time, however, she has personally found a love for CrossFit. Jennifer and Maureen have competed in various CrossFit competitions together, and are proud of their achievements in CrossFit. Maureen also enjoys her time at CrossFit with her husband.
